JADE KEYS is located on the prestigious HIGHLANDS RESERVE GOLF COURSE, on a quiet, secluded estate, just off Highway 27, within a 15 minute drive of DISNEY.  It is situated directly on an 18 hole golf course, opposite the 10th tee and is within walking distance of the clubhouse, putting green, driving range, tennis courts, and community pool. Also, within walking distance is a large supermarket, several restaurants and take aways, banks and bars

There is an abundance of citrus and pine trees around the estate which makes taking a walk, a pleasure .The house is very secluded and is surrounded by lush, tropical gardens which create total privacy. The private pool/spa and large pool deck are also surrounded by beautiful gardens and beyond them is conservation land, making the whole area a quiet, peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sun

From the moment you set foot inside JADE KEYS you know you have made the right choice. Entering the impressive hallway look up towards the soaring cathedral  ceilings  and enjoy the wonderful feeling of space! Enter the lounge and you will experience the WOW factor as you see the stairs leading up to the GALLERIED loft/lounge media room  The design of the house is unique for this reason .

THE LOUNGE

is designed to relax in with sumptuous sofas and a large 37 inch plasma TV to make the most of the large space.
Look through the floor to ceiling windows and admire the sparkling pool and spa.



PATIO/LANAI

From the lounge, exit through the patio doors, which are fitted with child safety alarms, onto the patio, where there is a large table with seating for 6 in comfortable luxury cushioned chairs.

 

Here you can enjoy an alfresco meal under a covered patio with ceiling fans to keep you cool on the hottest days ,after you have enjoyed a drink at the bar There is also a grill where you can cook outside

THE KITCHEN
This large fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need to prepare any kind of food should you wish to. There is a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and cold drink dispenser, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, plates, crockery and silverware, dish washer, waste disposal and much more. There is a breakfast nook with table and chairs.

THE MASTER BEDROOM
is situated on the ground floor, entered by way of grand double doors from the lounge. It is decorated to the highest standards. There is also a very spacious walk in closet/wardrobe and a TV, DVD player, a clock radio, nightstands and a ceiling fan. The king size bed is surrounded by attractive drapes and a window that over looks the large pool deck. There is a large en-suite bathroom with a roman, oval bath, huge walk in shower and his and hers hand basins.

Also on the ground floor, there is a half bathroom/cloakroom and a well equipped utility room with washer and dryer to cater for all your laundry requirements. Here, we have also provided pool towels ( no need to bring your own), tennis racquets, golf clubs, and waterproofs for wearing on wet rides at the theme  parks.

THE GAMES ROOM
The utility room leads in to the garage and games room which we have equipped with full size air hockey table, football table, magnetic darts, putting practice game and large pool table .  The games room has been decorated with a sports theme.

THE LOFT/LOUNGE MEDIA ROOM
Up the attractive staircase, take a minute to view the downstairs lounge from the GALLERIED landing and relax in the loft/lounge media room which has been decorated with a golf theme Here there is an attractive armoire housing the 31 inch TV/ CD/ VCR and DVD There is plenty of books CDs and DVDs   The computer desk makes it easy for you to use your laptop and enjoy FREE high speed wireless internet access, which is also available throughout the house and pool area. There is a king size sleeper sofa, with a screen for extra privacy, which makes for an ideal fourth bedroom  and comfortable wicker chairs to relax in.

SECOND MASTER BEDROOM
Along the landing there is a second Master bedroom with queen size bed, Radio alarm clock, night stands, ceiling fan, TV and large wardrobe/closet. This room is decorated in a black/brown and white jungle theme with contemporary panels at the windows.

Between the two bedrooms there is a family bathroom with bath shower and hand basin with attractive curtains draped across the bath.

THE TWIN BEDROOM The Twin Bedroom is next door and has been decorated in a bright modern design, to appeal to both children and adults. There is a radio alarm clock, night stand, Ceiling fan, wardrobe/closet and a TV with VCR.

 

Much thought has gone into the décor and furnishings with attractive co-ordinating drapes/curtains all over the house. All the beds have optional duvets and duvet covers for extra comfort and hygiene.
